Girls Tennis Defeats Southeast

The girls tennis team beat Southeast last night 4-1. Junior Jenna Hinkle won 2-0 at 2nd singles (6-2, 6-1), junior Allie Akers won 2-0 at 3rd singles (6-2, 6-0), seniors Mikayla Brady and Gabby Sampson won 2-0 at 1st doubles (6-3,6-4), and senior Sydney Sullinger and junior Audrey Leeser won 2-0 at 2nd doubles (6-1, 6-0).

Golf Team Defeats Norton

The golf team beat Norton last night 170-180 at the Lyons Den. Senior Jaydon Thammachack shot a 37, senior Michael Simmons shot a 42, sophomore Keo Plant shot a 44, and junior Mike Eberly shot a 47. The team is now 7-0 overall and 7-0 in the PTC. They host Springfield on Friday.

The girls tennis team lost to Green last night 5-0, dropping their record to 1-3 on the season. They next travel to Ravenna tonight to take on Southeast.
