The boys and girls bowling teams both defeated Norton last night. The boys won 2603-2295 and were led by junior Jacob Stahl with a 235 and a 207. The girls knocked off 1st place Norton who previously had a 12-1 record with a score of 2299-2263. Leading the way for the girls were senior Kailee

The boys and girls bowling teams both won big over Streetsboro last night. The boys are now 6-0 and the girls are 2-4. They next bowl on Saturday at the Muskingum Invitational.

The girls bowling team kept it close but could not get over the hump and lost to Springfield 2223-2024, giving the Comets a 1-2 record. Senior Kailee Evans had the high game and high series with a 193 and 385 respectively. The ladies are back in action again on Friday at Crestwood.

The girls and boys bowling teams opened up the season at the Springfield Kickoff Classic on Saturday. The boys finished as tournament runner-ups behind host Springfield. The girls finished in 3rd place behind Crestwood and Springfield. Senior Kailee Evans had the overall high game with a 256 and high series with a 471.

The bowling team will hold tryouts on Friday, 11/4 at Turkeyfoot Lanes from 3-5 pm.
