Softball Tryout Information

Softball open gyms will be Tuesday 2/20, Wednesday 2/21, and Thursday 2/22 from 3:30-5:00 at the middle school gym for anyone interested in practicing before tryouts. Coventry All Sports Boosters to Hold Reverse Raffle

The Coventry All Sports Booster Club will be holding their annual Reverse Raffle at Bricco Prime on Friday, March 16th. Tickets are $50 a person and include a beverage and buffet dinner and a chance to win $1000. There will also be side boards, basket raffles, and a silent auction among other things. Contact Kathy

Baseball Tryout Information

Softball Preseason Information

There will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in playing softball on Wednesday, January 17th at 3:30 pm at the middle school. Conditioning will be on Mondays and Thursdays at the middle school from 3:15-4:30 pm. Glendy Bergdorf Commits To Lakeland for Softball

Senior Glendy Bergdorf committed to Lakeland Community College to continue her softball career next year. Bergdorf is one of the Comets aces on the mound and also in the classroom, currently carrying a 4.13 GPA. Be sure to come out to the softball games this spring to see Glendy in action. Anna Kimevski Signs Letter of Intent to Play Softball at Walsh University

Senior Anna Kimevski signed her letter of intent to play softball at Walsh University next year. Kimevski will be a four year letter winner for the Comet softball team and was also a four year letter winner for the volleyball team. She is also a member of the National Honor Society and Senior Video class.

Softball Loses Close Game to Hoban in Sectional Final

Softball Defeats Canton South in Opening Round of Tournament Play

The softball team defeated Canton South last night 13-2 in the opening round of tournament play. Freshman Stacey Arnold led the way with 2 home runs. The girls advance to play at Hoban tonight at 4:30 pm in the Sectional final.

Softball Falls to Norton on Senior Night

The softball team could not overcome some costly errors as they lost to Norton last night 9-3. The girls finish up the regular season 14-5 overall and 9-5 in the PTC. Last night was also senior night as the Comets honored Kiena Elekes, McKayla Horner, and Brenna Tkalcic for all their contributions to the softball
