Boys Basketball Falls to Highland

The boys basketball team couldn’t overcome some costly turnovers and lost to Highland last night 86-67. Junior Jarmond Hogg had 32 for the Comets and senior Sam Vanadia had another double double with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Vanadia also had 7 blocks. Softball Tryout Information

Softball open gyms will be Tuesday 2/20, Wednesday 2/21, and Thursday 2/22 from 3:30-5:00 at the middle school gym for anyone interested in practicing before tryouts. Girls Basketball Wins Big Over Alliance

The girls basketball team defeated Alliance last night on Senior Night 80-27. Junior Taylor Norris had 30 points and senior Takaylyn Hudson added another double double with 10 points and 12 rebounds. 8th Grade Boys Basketball Wins Opening Game in PTC Tournament

The 8th grade boys basketball team beat Ravenna in the first round of the PTC Tournament on Saturday 43-17. The Comets were lead by Brady Watson with 13 points, Landon Burkhart with 11 points, and Rico Pickett with 9 points. They play tomorrow against Woodridge at 5 at Field.

Girls Bowling Qualifies To District Tournament

The girls bowling team finished in 3rd place at the Sectional Tournament yesterday, qualifying on to the District Tournament by only 2 pins. They will now bowl at Districts on Saturday, February 24th with the hopes of qualifying on to the State Tournament.

Girls Basketball Downs Springfield Behind Hudson and Norris Double Doubles

The girls basketball team beat Springfield on Saturday 65-45 behind 2 double doubles from senior Takaylyn Hudson and junior Taylor Norris.
