Maddie Ross’s Career High Lifts Girls Basketball Team to Win Over Woodridge

Junior Maddie Ross scored a career high 28 points to lead the Lady Comets to a victory over Woodridge last night 53-44. She also added 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and 4 steals. Sophomore Tori Clowser also reached double figures, scoring 15 points. Sophomore Cassidy Karakis had 6 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, and 7 steals.

The boys basketball team lost to Streetsboro last night 72-53. Senior Jaret Griffith led the way with 14 points and 9 rebounds. Sophomore Ronnie Thompson added 12 points and junior Devin Pauley added 11 points. The team is now 3-4 on the season and 2-2 in the PTC. The JV team beat the Rockets 49-34.
