The girls soccer team lost to Streetsboro last night 9-2. Freshman Brooke Barkdull and sophomore Olivia Shockey scored for the Comets. The girls are now 1-5-1 on the season and next travel to Tallmadge on Saturday.

For the girls soccer game on Saturday 9/19 at Tallmadge, each athlete and coach will receive 2 tickets. Spectators must purchase paper tickets in advance at Coventry High School. These can be purchased in the high school office between 8:00 am-2:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week. Tickets are $7 for adults

Dimeff Leads Cross Country Teams at East Canton

Longwell’s 4 Touchdowns Not Enough to Power Football Team Past Field

Senior Brendan Longwell scored four touchdowns on Friday night, but it wasn’t enough as the football team lost to Field 47-40. Sophomore Chase Rankin threw two touchdown passes to senior Lucas Wagner and senior Alexxis Wearstler made four extra points. The team is now 1-2 on the season and 1-2 in the MAC. They next
