Senior Jaydon Thammachack shot a career low 33 to lead the golf team to a 170-191 victory over Norton. Cross Country Teams Run at Spartan Invitational

The cross country teams ran at the Spartan Invitational at Boardman on Saturday, one of the largest races in the state. The boys team finished 22nd and were led by senior Christian Regan, who placed 67th. The girls finished 33rd and were led by senior Emylie Candelaria, who placed 177th. Football Takes Down Tallmadge

The football team beat Tallmadge on Friday night 27-6. Senior Calvin Dudley had 14 rushes for 172 yards and two touchdowns and junior Brendan Longwell had 14 rushes for 153 yards and one touchdown. The golf team beat Springfield on Friday 178-181. Senior Jaydon Thammachack shot a 42, senior Michael Simmons shot a 45, freshman Johnny Clemente shot a 45, and sophomore Andrew Mosnot shot a 46.
